This is not the first property owned by them in Mumbai. They have a Worli sea-facing apartment and have also stayed on rent in Juhu in the past. But this newly acquired Versova Mumbai apartment has a lot of significance for them, as Anushka has been associated with Versova for a long time.

According to the property registration papers obtained by Zapkey.com, the deal is as follows:

• The apartment area is 2,644 sq ft of carpet area + 316 sq ft of exclusive area, which is individually marked.
• It is situated at Godrej Skyshore apartment in Versova, Andheri West
• There are three car parking spaces, which are also included in this deal
• The agreement registration was made on July 21, 2026, with Rs 1.09 crore stamp duty and a Rs 30,000 registration fee.
• The seller is Godrej Properties, and the purchasers are named as Virat Kohli & Anushka Sharma.

There has been no statement issued officially by Godrej Properties regarding this transaction, and Virat & Anushka also haven’t commented on this, which is natural in the case of high-value transactions.

As per the property documents found on the registration portal Zapkey.com, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have purchased a luxurious flat on an upper floor of Godrej Skyshore, located in Versova.

When you add up all these amounts, it exceeds Rs 19.38 crore. This is the new benchmark for luxury flats that face the sea in Mumbai.
