Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has engaged Tata Projects for three of its luxury projects located in Gurugram, with a total contract worth estimated at ₹1,100 crore.
Tata Projects is part of the Tata Group and offers engineering services. The firm has bagged contracts for core & shell construction work for three upcoming projects by GPL – Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris.
This is the biggest construction contract that we have awarded to date," said Godrej. The three projects will be situated along Golf Course Road, and Godrej Samaris, an upcoming launch from GPL, is proposed to come up in Sector 53 of Gurugram on 7.41 acres.
