Oberoi Realty Enters Gurugram with Premium Housing Plans

If we are talking about the project location, it is situated in Sector 58, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon. The builder purchased 14.81 acres of land here in November 2023 for ₹597 crore. It is under the RERA registration, and the RERA number is coming soon.

The project name is expected to be Oberoi Realty Three Sixty North and offers 4 BHK and 5 BHK ultra-luxury apartments. The size range comes under 5500 to 8500 sq. ft., with only two apartments per floor. It offers 7 high-rise towers with 10 acres of green space.

Oberoi Realty Gurgaon is a premium development and offers modern amenities with seamless connectivity. It is connected to the IGI Airport, Cybercity, Golf Course Road, and Udhyog Vihar. The project provides a premium hotel along with branded residences. The end of the year is based on the completion of all construction milestones and development timelines in accordance.
