GB Realty to Invest ₹2,500 Crore in Luxury Homes with Jacob & Co in Mohali, Chandigarh, Punjab

GB Realty is a reputed company in the field of real estate business that operates only in the region of Chandigarh Tricity, including Mohali and New Chandigarh. It was established by Mr Gurinder Bhatti and Mr Puneet Khanna.

Jacob & Co. is the name of a luxury watch and jewellery company based in the US and Switzerland. The brand has been known for the extravagant design of luxurious watches and jewellery. It was founded by Jacob Arabo in 1986, who designed the hip-hop jeweller in the Diamond District of New York.

In October 2026, the company has declared its expansion, in which a large amount of money will be used for creating "Salman Khan Tower" in Mohali, Punjab. The company is offering an extremely prestigious residential project worth ₹2,500 crores recently launched in Mohali, Punjab.

The project is the joint venture of the famous Punjab-based real estate company GB Realty Mohali and the famous Jacob & Co. It is a luxurious watch and jewellery company located in New York.

Presenting GB Jacob & Co residences is situated at Sector 118, Mohali, Chandigarh. It is currently located at PR7 Airport Road, GMADA Aerocity, and is near Chandigarh International Airport.

The project has been developed jointly by GB Realty, Punjab Realty Developers and Jacob & Co. It is a well-known watch and jewellery brand that originates from New York. It is spread over 9.15 acres of land and comprises six high-rise towers developed in a G+24 floor layout.

The project starting price is approx. 2.90 Cr onwards and depends on the size, floor, and view of the units. It is an upcoming project registered with RERA, and the RERA number will be announced soon.

The GB Jacob & Co Residence Mohali is providing luxurious apartments of 2, 3 & 4 BHK in sizes of 2000 to 5000 sq. ft. There are a total of 400 apartments available where only two towers from the total number of towers of this project will be called the Salman Khan Residences.

In addition, it offers world-class amenities like wraparound balconies, a modular kitchen, a sky lounge, a swimming pool, a huge clubhouse, car parking, security round the clock, a community hall, a play area for kids, and many more.

However, the developer has not yet announced the total number of units, floor plans, launch date, price range, and involvement of Jacob & Co in this project.
